Call Now: 0409 296 758Dickson is a dense, apartment-heavy pocket of the Inner North, and we're set up for exactly that: basement car parks, allocated bays near Antill Street and Cowper Street, and street parking around EPIC are all part of our normal week.
Being close to Northbourne Avenue means Dickson and Downer are usually a short drive from wherever our truck already is, so response times here are consistently fast. We buy any make or model, any condition.

Dickson has changed more than almost any inner north suburb in the last fifteen years. What was low-rise government housing around a shopping centre is now a dense mix of apartments, and that has a direct effect on how a car gets collected.
The apartment blocks along Antill Street, Cape Street and around the Dickson shops almost all park underground, and every one of those entries has a height bar. A tilt tray will not fit under it -- there is no version of this where the truck comes down to your bay.
What happens instead is that we meet you at street level, in the visitor bays or at the loading dock, and if the car will not drive we bring the equipment to get it up from the basement. This works fine, but only if we know in advance, so please say so when you book.
Dickson has a high proportion of renters, students and public servants on postings, and the most common reason a car reaches us from here is not mechanical at all. Someone is moving interstate or overseas, the car is not worth the cost of transporting, and it needs to be gone by a particular date.
That is a straightforward job for us and the date is usually the important part. If you have a lease ending or a flight booked, say so when you call and we will work to the deadline rather than the other way around.
The Dickson group centre is busy, and the streets immediately around it fill with parked cars from mid-morning through the evening. Loading a vehicle there at 7pm on a Friday is not realistic.
Early weekday mornings are consistently the easiest window for addresses within a block or two of the shops. If that does not suit you, we will work around it -- it just tends to mean a slightly longer wait for a slot.

Yes, that's a common pickup spot for us. Just let us know the specific bay or gate area when you book.
Not usually. Our drivers know the back streets around Antill Street and Cowper Street, so we avoid the busiest shopping-strip traffic when scheduling your pickup.
